    Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
    -------- ------------ --------------------------------
    1 pound ground beef
    1 can luncheon meat (Spam or Treet) -- ground
    1/2 pound Cheddar cheese -- ground
    1/8 teaspoon oregano
    1/4 teaspoon minced parsley
    1 pint spaghetti sauce

    Brown the ground beef, season with salt and pepper. Add the ground luncheon meat, cheese, oregano, parsley and spaghetti sauce. Blend together and spread on halves of hamburger buns. Place under broiler and brown until cheese melts.

    NOTES : My sons liked these so much, they asked the cafeteria cook at their school to write the recipe down and she did. Kids really like these! They can be made with English muffins also.
