Turkey Salad Croissants
2 C. cooked turkey, finely chopped
1 C. celery, finely chopped
1 C. sweet pickles, finely chopped (or sweet pickle relish)
1 C. chopped pecans or walnuts
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 C. mayonnaise
6 croissants, split
Mix first seven ingredients. Spread on 1/2 croissant and top with the other half. Serve with lettuce and/or tomatoes, if desired.
Note: May use 12 slices of bread in place of croissants.
