    Good Pizza Sauce

    1 can (14-1/2 oz) diced tomatoes
    1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
    1 clove (or more) garlic, pressed
    1/2 tsp dried oregano
    1/8 tsp garlic salt
    1/8 tsp ground black pepper

    Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring
    contantly. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, 5 minutes, stirring often.
    Yield: about 2 cups.
