Spaghetti Sauce

2 pork chops
1 small onion -- chopped
1 clove garlic -- chopped
2 hot pepper rings
1 jar PREGO spaghetti sauce*
16 ounces tomatoes -- chopped
16 ounces tomato sauce
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 teaspoons sugar
Salt & pepper to taste
Garlic powder
Meatballs*
Brown the pork chops with onion and garlic. Add hot pepper rings, Prego spaghetti sauce, tomatoes, and tomato sauce. Let simmer alittle while; then add cinnamon, sugar, salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste. Let simmer about 1 hour, stirring often so it doean't stick on bottom of pan (about every 10 minutes). Add homemade or store-bought frozen meatballs after 1/2 hour of cooking.

NOTES : *Use a 32-oz. jar
I prefer homemade meatballs but, the frozen kind work just as well. This is an excellent sauce for any pasta dish.
