Cheesy Chicken & Vegetable Macaroni

4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves -- cut into chunks
13 3/4 ounces chicken broth
7 ounces elbow macaroni -- uncooked
3/4 pound Velveeta cheese spread -- cut up
16 ounces Birds Eye Farm Fresh Mixtures* -- thawed
Cook and stir chicken in a large skillet sprayed with no stick cooking spray 2 minutes or until no longer pink.
Stir in broth. Bring to boil. Stir in macaroni. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover. Simmer 8 to 10 minutes or until macaroni is tender.
Add Velveeta and vegetables; stir until Velveeta is melted.
