    Country Potatoes

    Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
    -------- ------------ --------------------------------
    2 pounds Ore-Ida Southern-Style Hash Browns
    1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 cup sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 cup Ore-Ida chopped onions
    1 stick melted butter
    1 1/2 cups cornflake crumbs
    4 tablespoons butter

    Mix hash browns, sour cream, cheese, soup, onion and butter together. Put in a 9x13-inch casserole. Mix cornflake crumbs and butter and pour over the top. Bake at 350 F. for 1 hour.

    Serves 12
