Tried this and its sooo delicious!
List of Ingredients
1 cup sour cream
1 can (16-oz.) whole kernel corn
1 can (16-oz.) cream-style corn
1 stick melted margarine
1 box (8-oz.) Jiffy corn muffin mix
Recipe
Put Jiffy mix in casserole; get out any lumps. Add other ingredients and mix well. (I mixed mine up in a bowl first, then poured into casserole.) Bake at 350 F. for 45-50 minutes.
Served 6 here
