ABM Basic White Bread

List of Ingredients




2 1/4 tsp yeast
3 c flour
1 tbsp wheat gluten
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp nonfat dry milk
1 tbsp butter or margarine, room temperature
1 1/4 c warm water, 105 to 115 degrees

Place ingredients in machine in order given.
Setting: White bread

NOTES:
Bread flour will also work well, omit the gluten.
