    ABM Cinnamon Rolls

    List of Ingredients






    3 tsp yeast
    3 1/3 c bread flour *
    1/4 c sguar
    1 tsp salt
    1 egg, room temperature
    2 tbsp butter ormargarine, room temperature
    1 c warm water

    Filling:
    1/3 c sugar
    2 tsp cinnamon
    2 tbsp butter ormargarine, softened

    Glaze:
    1 c powdered sugar
    1/2 tsp vanilla
    1 to 2 tbsp milk

    Recipe





    Place ingredients in bread machine.
    Select dough cycle.

    Combine sugar and cinnamon, mix well.
    At end of cycle, roll dough into a rectangle, about 9 x 18.
    Spread softened butter on dough.
    Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar mixture.

    Roll up tightly.
    Cut into 1 inch slices and place in a greased pan.
    Cover and let rise about 1 1/4 hour or until double.

    Preheat to 375.
    Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown.
    Remove from pan and drizzle with glaze.

    GLAZE:
    Mix all ingredietns until smooth and thin enough to drizzle.

    NOTES:
    I usually get 12 cinnamon rolls from this recipe.
    I use real butter.
    I normally bake about 23 minutes.

    * If using all purpose flour, add 1 tbsp gluten for a better dough.
