    Company Glazed Pork Chops

    The flavor is great and it's so fast to make!


    List of Ingredients





    6 loin cut pork chops, 1 inch thick
    6 thick onion slices
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 chicken bouillon cube, crushed
    2 tsp prepared mustard
    1/4 c hot water


    Recipe




    Trim fat from chops.
    Melt fat in heavy skillet and brown chops lightly.
    Place onions slices in a single layer in a shallow baking pan; top each with a pork chop.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Combine chicken bouillon, mustard and water, stirring to dissolve bouillon.
    Pour over pork chops.
    Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until chops are tender.
    To serve: place an onion slice on top of each chop.
    6 servings.

    Notes:

    I used 1 1/2 tsp Penzey's chicken soup base in place of the bouillon cube.
