    A very easy way to fix potatoes and a bit of a change from plain baked potatoes.


    List of Ingredients





    2 large baking potatoes, halved lengthwise
    1/4 c melted butter
    salt and pepper
    paprika


    Recipe




    Score potatoes in a criss-cross pattern, making the cut about 1 inch deep and without cutting the skins.
    Brush the butter on top.
    Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and paprika.
    Bake on a baking sheet at 450 for 35 minutes or until done.
    Baste occasionally with butter while baking.
    Makes 4 servings.

    Notes:
    I used unsalted butter and baked for 40 minutes.
