    Easy Peanut Butter Chocolate Fudge

    List of Ingredients






    1 pkg (12 oz) peanut butter chips
    1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
    1/2 c butter
    1/2 c chopped peanuts, optional
    6 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips

    Recipe




    In a large saucepan, melt peanut butter chips with 1 cup of the sweetened condensed milk and 2 tbsp butter.
    Stir occaisionally, removing from heat when chips are melted.
    Stir in peanuts.
    Spread mixture in a wax paper lined 8 inch square pan.
    In a small saucepan, melt chocolate chips with remaining sweetened condensed milk and butter.
    Spread chocolate mixture on top of peanut butter layer.
    Chill for 2 hours, or until firm.
    Turn out onto a cutting board, peel off waxed paper and cut into squares.
    Keep leftovers in sealed container.
