    These are good, filling and a great way to use leftover ham.

    List of Ingredients





    1 c milk
    1 c quick oats
    2 tbs oil
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c flour
    2 tbsp sugar
    2 tsp baking powder
    1 c diced ham


    Recipe




    Combine milk and oats; let stand 5 minutes.
    Add oil and eggs, stir well.
    Add flour, surgar, baking powder; stir just till moistened
    Add ham; stir to mix.

    Use about 1/4 c for each pancake.

    Makes about 11 pancakes


    NOTES:
    Next time, I will add some vanilla or other extract for just a wee bit of flavor.
    I used large eggs, low fat milk and smoked ham.
