Honey Oatmeal Bread

List of Ingredients





1 pkg yeast
1 tbsp wheat gluten
1 c quick oats
3 c flour
1 tsp salt
1/3 c honey
1 tbsp oil
1 1/4 c + 1 tbsp warm water





Recipe




Place ingredients in machine in order given.
Use white bread setting

Notes:
Original recipe called for no gluten, bread flour and maple syrup in place of the honey.


I used canola oil and baked the bread in the oven at 325 for 28 minutes.
