Ingredients for overnight marinade:

1/2 c papaya juice
1/2 c vodka

Ingredients for morning marinade:


3 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2 c beer
1/4 c olive oil
salt to taste
pepper to taste



Recipe





Marinate steak overnight in the first marinade ingredients. Pour off marinade in the morning and make the morning
marinade. Mix ingredients well, then add steak. Marinate 4 to 5 hours before grilling.
