    Overnight Sour Cream Coffee Cake

    List of Ingredients







    3/4 c butter, softened
    1 c sugar
    2 eggs
    8 oz sour cream
    2 c flour
    1 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 tsp nutmeg

    Topping:
    3/4 c brown sugar, packed
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 c chopped pecans

    Recipe






    Cream butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. Add eggs and sour cream, beating until well mixed.
    Combine next 5 ingredients. Add to batter and mix well. Pour into a greased and floured 9 x 13 pan.

    In a separate bowl, mix toping ingredients. Sprinkle evenly over the top of the cake.

    Cover and refrigerate overnight.

    Uncover, bake at 350 for 35 to 40 minutes. Makes 15 servings.

    Notes:
    I used granulated sugar in place of the brown sugar for the topping. It was very sweet so will reduce it the next
    time.
    I used more cinnamon than listed.
