So easy to make and just delicious.



List of Ingredients






1 egg

3/4 c sugar

2 tbsp flour

1 1/4 tsp baking powder

1/8 tsp salt

1/2 c chopped nuts

1/2 c chopped apples

1 tsp vanilla

Whipped cream or ice cream to top






Recipe





Preheat to 350.

Beat egg and sugar until creamy.

Add dry ingredients and mix.

Add nuts, apples and vanilla; mix.

Bake for 35 minutes in a greased 9 inch glass baking dish.



Serve warm with whipped crean or ice cream.

Notes:
I used a large egg, pecans and icreased the apples to 3/4 c.
I will try less sugar next time.
