    Easy and good.


    List of Ingredients





    2 1/2 lb beef flank or round steak
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
    1 tbsp oil
    paprika to taste
    2 medium onions, thinly sliced
    1/2 lb mushrooms, sliced or 8 oz canned sliced mushrooms, drained
    chopped parsley


    Recipe




    Score meat about 1/8 inch deep in a diamond pattern on the top side.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Rub in Worcestershire sauce and oil.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Place onions and mushrooms in crock pot.
    Place flank steak on top.
    Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours, or on high for 4 or 5 hours.

    Serve cut across the grain in thin diagonal slices.
    Serve with onions, mushrooms and unthickened gravy.
    Sprinkle with parsley.

    6 servings.
