Santa's Punch

List of Ingredients






6 (12 oz) cans lemon lime soft drink, chilled
Maraschino cherries
1 (46 oz) can pineapple juice, chilled
2 (6 oz) cans frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed and undiluted
1/2 to 1 tsp peppermint extract



Recipe




Fill 2 ice cube trays with lemon lime soft drink. Place one cherry in each cube section. Freeze.

To make punch, combine pineapple juice, orange juice and peppermint extract.
Slowly add remaining lemon lime soft drink.
Add frozen ice cubes.

Makes 15 cups.
