List of Ingredients




3 1/2 c chocoalte chips (about 2 12oz pkg)
6 oz cream cheese, softened to room temp
3 c powdered sugar
2 tbsp evaporated milk
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 c walnuts or pecans, if desired.

Recipe



Line a 9 x 13 pan with foil.
using a double boiler, melt the chocolate chips.
In a bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sguar, milk and vanilla.
Add melted chocolate chips and beat well.
If desired, add nuts.
Press into pan and pat to smooth.
Chill until set.
Peel foil and cut into squares.

Notes:
This is a simple recipe but very yummy.
Watch the chocolate chips when melting so they don't seize.
