    Parmesan Baked Salmon

    This is delicious and so simple to prepare. Any firm fish would work but we prefer salmon.

    List of Ingredients




    4 slamon fillets, 4 oz each, about 3/4 to 1 inch thick
    1/4 c light mayo
    2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
    1 tbsp snipped chives or sliced green onion
    1 tsp white wine Worcestershire sauce
    fresh chives, opt

    Recipe



    Rinse fish and pat dry.
    Spray a 2 quart baking dish.
    Preheat to 450.
    Stir mayo, Parmesan cheese, chives or onion and Worcestershire sauce together.
    Spread over fish fillets
    Bake, uncovered, for 12 to 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.

    Garnish with additional chives, if desired.

    4 servings.
