    List of Ingredients





    5/8 c rice flour
    3 tsp baking powder
    1/8 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp maple sugar (if tolerated, granualated sugar may be used)
    1/4 c soybean shortening
    1/4 c soy milk (if tolerated, milk may be used)

    Recipe





    Preheat to 350.
    Combine dry ingredients. Cut in shortening, then stir in milk.
    Lightly knead on lightly floured board.
    Roll to about 1/2 inch thickness and cut with a 2 inch biscuit cutter.
    Place 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheet.
    Bake 10 minutes.
    makes 6 to 8 biscuits
