Jean Hager's books include the Iris House B&B. Her books are delightful and the recipes yummy. I haven't tried this yet but it certainly sounds good. And SO easy!


List of Ingredients




2 lb frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
1 c sour cream
1 can cream of potato soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1/3 c chopped onion

Recipe



Preheat to 350.
Combine all ingredients.
Spread in a 9x13 baking dish and bake for 1 hour.
