List of Ingredients






Aunt Kit’s Salsa

Chop: 8 c. tomatoes
2 c. hot peppers (adjust amount of seeds for desired hotness)
2 c. green peppers
2 c. onions
1 large bulb of garlic
½ c. vinegar
1 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. sugar



Recipe




1 tbsp. sugar

Place all ingredients in a large, heavy pan and cook 20 minutes.
Then add 1 can (12 oz.) tomato paste and cook 10 minutes longer.
Put in jars, seal and process in hot water bath for 10 minutes.
