    Brownie Cheesecake Bars

    1 3/4 c flour
    1 1/2 c powdered sugar, sifted
    1/2 c cocoa powder
    1 c butter, cold (2 sticks)
    8 oz cream cheese
    14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
    1 egg
    2 tsp vanilla

    Recipe



    Combine dry ingredients.
    Add butter and blend until crumbly. It will seem rather dry.
    Set aside 2 c of this mixture to use for topping.
    Press remaining mixture into bottom of a 9x13 pan.
    Bake for 15 minutes at 350.
    While crust bakes -
    Beat cream cheese until fluffy.
    Add condensed milk and beat till smooth.
    Add egg and vanilla, mixing well.
    Pour over baked crust
    Sprinkle the topping mixture (saved from earlier) over the top of the cream cheese filling.
    Bake for 25 minutes or until bubbly.
    Chill at least 2 ours before cutting.
    Refrigerate.
    Makes 20 bars
