Cut-up Chicken Pieces, for 12 servings
3 cup Self-rising Flour
2 Envelopes Lipton Tomato Cup-of-soup Mix, powdered
1 tsp Paprika
2 pkg Good Season Italian Salad Dressing Mix, dry
1 tsp Salt, or to taste
¼ lb Butter, 1 stick) for the pan
Take off skin from chicken and rinse chicken.
Combine flour, dry tomato soup mix, paprika, dry salad dressing mix and salt in a large plastic bag (Like for Shake & Bake).
Add chicken pieces, a few at a time, and shake to coat.
Melt butter in a large baking pan.
Put the coated chicken pieces on top.
Bake at 350 degrees until chicken is done.
