    Easter Egg Cherry Coconut Cream filling

    List of Ingredients

    1 pound powdered sugar
    2 cups flaked or candy coconut
    1 cup medium coarse chopped nuts
    1/2 cup chopped candied cherries
    1/2 can sweetened condensed milk
    1/4 cup butter


    Saute chopped nuts in butter over medium heat until lightly browned.
    Remove from heat and add all remaining ingredients.
    Shape and chill for 1 hour or easy enough to handle.
    Coat with dipping chocolate.
