    Easter Egg Honey Cream Pecan Filling

    Honey Creme Pecan Filling
    1/2 cup sugar
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    1/2 cup honey
    1/2 cup butter
    1/2 cup cream
    2 teaspoons vanilla
    1 1/2 cups chopped pecans

    Recipe



    Combine sugars, butter and honey and bring to a boil.
    Add the cream slowly, stirring while mixture is boiling. Cook until thermometer reaches 250 F.
    Remove from heat.
    Add vanilla and nuts.
    Pour into a buttered dish; cool just until you are able to handle it.
    Shape as desired and coat with desired chocolate.
    Great with milk chocolate!
