    beef bone
    1 lb stew beef
    1 pkg dried onion soup mix
    2 onions, chopped
    1 pkg frozen hopped kale
    10 to 12 inches kielbasa, parboiled and sliced
    1 c diced potatoes
    1 c acaroni
    1 to 2 tsp chili powder
    2 to 3 tsp pesto or basil
    16 oz can kidney beans or chili beans
    seasoned salt and pepper to taste

    Place bone in water to cover; bring to boil
    add meat and simmer until tender, 1 to 2 hours.
    Remove meat and marrow from bone and return to pot.
    Add onion soup mix, onions and kale.
    Simmer 10 to 15 minutes until kale is nearly tender
    add kielbasa, potatoes, macaroni, chili powder and pesto or basil.
    Cook until potatoes and macaroni are nearly done, then add kidney beans.
    Heat unti hot and season as desired.

    6 to 8 servings
