    Who can resist pineapple!

    Jeannie's notes: This is easy to put together, has to be made ahead of time and tastes so good. Great for Easter dessert.

    List of Ingredients





    3 packages lady fingers
    1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
    1 3 oz. pkg. cream cheese
    1 pint heavy whipping cream
    3/4 cup sugar
    1 big can crushed pineapple, drained

    Recipe




    l. In a 10" spring form pan - line bottom with lady fingers and stand up on sides.
    2. Beat cream cheese & sugar and SLOWLY add heavy cream while beating. Takes awhile.
    3. Fold in drained pineapple.
    4. Pour half cream cheese mixture in pan. Cover with layer of lady fingers. Pour last half of mix on top of that, or see note below.
    5. Let stand in refrigerator for 24 hours before serving.
    NOTE: Can make three layers. Comes a little over pan, but doesn't seep out. End with cream cheese mixture.
