    Slow Cooked Honey Mustard Ribs

    3-1/2 lbs boneless, country-style ribs.
    1 tbsp olive oil.
    1 ( 8 oz jar,) honey-mustard
    1 cup BBQ sauce
    2 tsp garlic and herb seasoning blend.






    Recipe




    In lg skillet, brown ribs in oil in batches.
    Drain off fat.
    Place ribs in 3-1/2-4-quart slow-cooker.
    In bowl, combine honey mustard, BBQ sauce and seasoning blend. Pour over ribs, stir to coat ribs.
    Cover, cook on low for 8 hrs, or on high for 4-5 hrs. Transfer to platter.
    Strain sauce, skim fat.
    Drizzle sauce over ribs.
