    BUTTER PECAN LAYER PIE

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 (6oz) prepared graham cracker pie crust
    • 1 (4 serving) package sugar-free instant butterscotch pudding mix
    • 2/3 cup nonfat dry milk powder
    • 1 1/4 cup water
    • 3 tablespoons chopped pecans
    • 1 (8oz) package fat-free cream cheese
    • 2 tablespoons sugar substitute
    • 3/4 cup light whipped topping
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla


    Instructions


    1. In a medium bowl combine dry pudding mix and dry milk, add water.
    2. Mix well using a wire whisk.
    3. Stir in 2 tablespoons pecans.
    4. Pour into pie crust.
    5. In a medium bowl stir cream cheese with a spoon until soft.
    6. Add sugar substitute
    7. prepare whipped topping and vanilla extract.
    8. Mix gently to combine.
    9. Spread evenly over butterscotch layer.
    10. Sprinkle remaining tablespoon of pecans evenly over top of pie.
