    CHERRY PIE SUPREME

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 9-inch pie shell
    • 1 can cherry pie filling
    • 4 packeages (3 ounce) soft cream cheese
    • 1/2 cup sugar
    • 2 eggs
    • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
    • 1 cup sour cream


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven at 425F

    2. Prepare pie shell.

    3. Spread half of cherry pie filling in bottom: set rest of filling aside.

    4. Bake shell for 15 minutes or until crust is golden. Reduce oven to 350.

    5. Meanwhile in small bowl, with mixer, beat chesse with sugar, eggs and vanilla until smooth.

    6. Pour over hot cherry pie filling.

    7. Bake for 25 minutes (filling will be slightly soft in center)

    8. Cool completely on wire rack.

    9. To serve spoon sour cream around edge of pie. Fill center wit hremaining cherry pie filling.

    10. Makes a serving of 8
