    CHOCOLATE CHEESE CAKE CUPS

    List of Ingredients


    • 18 vanilla wafers
    • 1 8 ounce cream cheese (softened)
    • 1/2 cup sugar
    • 2 eggs
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla
    • 1 4 ounce package sweet chocolate (melted)
    • 2/3 cup coconut
    • cupcake holders (small enough for cookie to fit bottom....aluminum)


    Instructions


    1. Place wafers flat side up in cupcake holders.

    2. Combine cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Mix well with mixer.

    3. Add the chocolate and mix well again.

    4. Pour in the cups and sprinkle with coconut

    5. Bake at 325 for 20 minutes

    6. Makes about 18 cakes.
