    PLAN AHEAD.......NEEDS TO CHILL


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 cup sugar
    • 3 tablespoons all purpose flour
    • 1 cup light corn syrup
    • 1 cup flaked coconut
    • 1 can (8oz) crushed pineapple, drained
    • 3 eggs beaten
    • 2 teaspoons vanilla
    • 1 unbaked pie shell 9-inch
    • 1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted


    Instructions


    1. In a bowl combine sugar and flour
    2. Add the corn syrup,coconut, pineapple, eggs and vanilla
    3. Mix well.
    4. Pour into pastry shell.
    5. Drizzle with butter.
    6. Bake at 350 for 50-55 minutes or until knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
    7. Cover loosely with foil if the top browns too quickly.
    8. Cool on wire rack and chill before cutting.
    9. Store in the refrigerator.
    10. Yield; 6-8 servings
