    List of Ingredients


    • 8 oz light cream cheese, softened
    • 14 oz can fat free sweetened condensed milk
    • 6 tablespoons chocolate syrup
    • 1 tablespoon decaffeinated instant coffee, powder
    • 1 tablespoon hot water
    • 1 1/2 cup lite whipped topping
    • 6 oz pie crust, chocolate flavored or regular


    Instructions


    1. Beat cream cheese in a meduim bowl with an electric mixer on meduim speed until fluffly, about 3 minutes. Add condensed milk and 4 tablespoons of chocolate syrup; beat on low speed till well blended.
    2. In a separated bowl, dissolve coffee in hot water, stir into cream cheesed mixture.
    3. Fold in whipped topping, pour mixture into crust, cover and freeze overnight.
    4. For best results, let pie stand in fefrigerator for about 15 minutes before serving . Drizzle with remaining 2 tablespoons of chocolate syrup before slicing into 10 pieces.
