    List of Ingredients


    • 1 1/2 cups crushed cream filled chocolate sandwich cookies (about 15)
    • 1 1/2 teaspoon sugar optional
    • 1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
    • 2 pints chocolate chip or coffee ice cream softened
    • 1/4 cup chocolate syrup divided
    • Additional cream filled chocolate sandwich cookies


    Instructions


    1. In a bowl, combine cookie crumbs and sugar if diesired.
    2. Stir in butter.
    3. Press into the bottom and up the sides of ungreased 9-inch pie plate.
    4. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
    5. Spoon 1 pint of ice cream into crust.
    6. Drizzle with half of the chocolate syrup; swirl with a knife.
    7. Carefully top the remaining ice cream. Drizzle with remaining syrup, swirl with a knife.
    8. Cover and freeze until firm.
    9. Remove from the freezer 10-15 minutes before serving.
    10. Garnish with whole cookies if desired.
    11. Yield; 8 servings
