    PLAN AHEAD........NEEDS TO CHILL


    List of Ingredients


    • 2 packages (11.1oz) no bake cheesecake mix
    • 2/3 cup butter or margarine, melted
    • 1/4 cup sugar
    • 1 package ladyfingers (25 cookies)
    • 1 package (8oz.) cream cheese, softened
    • 3 cups cold milk divided
    • 1 carton (12oz.) frozen whipped topping Thawed
    • 1 can of pie filling flavor of your choice......i use cherry.


    Instructions


    1. In a bowl, combine contents of crust mix packages, butter and sugar.
    2. Press into the bottom of an ungreased 10-inch springform pan.
    3. Arrange ladyfingers around edge of pan.
    4. In a mixing bowl beat cream cheese and 1/2 the milk until smooth. Gradually beat in remaining milk.

    5. Add contents of cheese cake filling beat until smooth. Beat on meduim for 3 minutes.
    6. Fold in whipped topping.
    7. Pour over crust.
    8. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
    9. Top with pie filling.
    10. Remove sides of pan before serving.
    11. Yield: 12 servings
