    SPRING FLOWER CAKE

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 cup coconut
    • 2 drops food coloring any color
    • 1 packaged 10 inch Angel Food Cake
    • 1 cup Cool Whip
    • 3 cups halved strawberries


    Instructions


    1. Toss coconut with food coloring until evenly tinted; set aside.
    2. Place cake on large serving plate.
    3. Frost top and sides with whipped topping
    4. sprinkle with coconut
    5. cut cake into 8 slices, leaving all slices in place
    6. carefully pull out cake slices and separate slightly to resemble the petals of an open flower.
    7. spoon 3 cups strawberries into center of flower
    8. Store leftover cake in refrigerator.
