    List of Ingredients


    • 1 (3oz.) cream cheese at room temperature
    • 4 drops green food coloring
    • 1 teaspoon mint extract
    • 1 tablespoon milk
    • 1 pound confectioners sugar


    Instructions


    1. Stir all but the confectioners sugar together until well mixed,
    2. Then mix all the sugar into the cream cheese mixture; kneading it with your hands.
    3. When completely mixed, roll into a large sausage like roll.
    4. Break off small amounts and roll into balls, about 1 inch.
    5. Place balls on waxed paper, and press flat with fork dipped in confectioner's sugar.
    6. Let dry until tops are just dry.
    7. flip and dry out the underside.
    8. Store in airtight container.
    9. YIELDS: 80 - 90 MINTS
