    List of Ingredients


    • 2 cups pecan halves
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla
    • 1 cup sugar
    • 1/3 cup water
    • pinch of salt


    Instructions


    1. Bring water and sugar to boil and stir while boiling over meduim heat or till 230 degrees on candy thermometer or until able to spin a thread.
    2. Remove from heat
    3. Add pecans, salt and vanilla.
    4. pur onto foil and let cook
    5. Break into pieces
