    PICANTE POTATO PIE

    List of Ingredients


    • 5 eggs
    • 2 1/2 cups frozen shredded has brown potatoes
    • 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
    • 1 cup 4oz shredded Monterey Jack cheese
    • 2/3 cup picante sauce
    • 2 green onions sliced
    • 1/4 teaspoon salt
    • 6 bacon strips cooked and crumbled
    • additional sauce


    Instructions


    1. In bowl beat eggs,

    2. stir in picante sauce, onions, and salt.

    3. Stir in hash browns

    4. pour into a greased 9-inch pie plate

    5. cover and refrigerate overnight

    6. Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before bakingsprinkle on cheese

    7. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes

    8. sprinkle on bacon and bake 5-10 minutes longer or until a knife inserts near center comes out clean.

    9. Serve with extra sauce
