    List of Ingredients


    • 1 package Apple Cake mix
    • 1 cup mixed dried fruit, chopped
    • 2 eggs
    • 1/2 cup oil


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 350
    2. Grease a 15 1/2x10 1/2x 1 jelly roll pan.
    3. Combine dry cake mix,diced fruit, eggs and oilin a large bowl.
    4. Stir until well blended.
    5. Turn mixture into pan and spread evenly.
    6. Bake at 350 for 15 to 20 minutes or until set and lightly browned at edges.
    7. Cool, then cut into bars, makes about 21/2 dozens
