    MAGICAL PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 cup beanut butter, creamy or crunchy
    • 1 1/3 cups baking sugar replacement ( Splenda)
    • 1 egg
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 350
    2. Grease a large baking sheet
    3. In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, 1 cup sugar, the egg and vanilla
    4. Stir well with a spoon
    5. Roll the dough into balls the size of walnuts.
    6. Place the balls on the prepared baking sheet.
    7. With a fork dipped in the remaining sugar to prevent sticking, press a crisscross design on each cookie.
    8. Bake for 12 minutes
    9. Remover from the over and sprinlke with some of the remaining sugar

    10. cool slightly before removing from pan.
