    List of Ingredients


    • 1 1/3 cups light brown sugar (packed)
    • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
    • 1/4 cup sour cream
    • 1 egg
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla
    • 1 3/4 cup all purpose flour
    • 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
    • 2 teaspoons coffee granules
    • 1 teaspoon baking soda
    • 1/4 teaspoon salt
    • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
    • 1/2 cup powdered sugar


    Instructions


    1. Beat brown sugar and oil in meduim bowl with electric mixer.
    2. Mix in sour cream, egg and vanilla. Set aside
    3. Mix flour, cocoa, coffee, baking soda, salt and pepper in another medium bowl.
    4. Add flour mixture to brown sugar mixture and mix well.
    5. Refriderate dough until firm about 3 to 4 hours.
    6. Preheat oven to 350
    7. put powdered sugar into a shallow bowl. Roll doough into 1 inch balls. Roll balls in powdered sugar.
    8. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet and bake 10-12 minutes or until tops of cookies are firm to touch.
    9. DO NOT OVER BAKE
    10. cool on wire rack
    11. makes 6 dozen
