    PEACAN BUTTER COOKIES

    List of Ingredients


    • 2 cups flour
    • 1/4 cup sugar
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • 1 cup butter
    • 2 teaspoons


    Instructions


    1. Sift together the first 3 ingredients
    2. then add butter and vanilla
    3. Work with spoon or hands until well bleneded,
    4. then add 1 cup minced pecans and mix well
    5. Shape into 1-inch balls and roll into finely chopped peancans
    6. place on cookie sheet in slow oven 325
    7. bake for about 25 minutes
      makes about 4 1/2
