    PEANUT BUTTER BROWNIE COOKIES

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 package (19.5) brownie classics traditional fudge brownie mix
    • 1/4 cup butter flavor Crisco All vegetable shortening (melted)
    • 4 oz cream cheese softned
    • 1 egg
    • 1 cup powdered sugar
    • 1 cup peanut butter creamy style
    • 1/2 can (from 16 oz can) creamy supreme chocolate fudge frosthing


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 350
    2. in medium bowl, brownie mix, melted Crisco, cream cheese and egg.
    3. 50 strokes with spoon until well blended (dough will be sticky)
    4. Drop 24 rounded tablespoonfuls of dough 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets.
    5. Smooth edge of each to form round cookie.
    6. In small bowl, mix powdered sugar and peanut butter with spoon until mixture forms a ball.
    7. With hands roll rounded teaspoonfuls of peanut butter mixture into 24 balls.
    8. Lightly press 1 peanut butter ball into center of ball of dough.
    9. Bake at 350 for 10-14 minutes or untill edges are set.
    10. Cool 1 minute, remove from cookie sheets.
    11. Cool at least 30 minutes. Spread thin layer of frosting over peanut butter porton of eack cooled cookie.
