    List of Ingredients


    • 1 can (15oz) solid packed pumpkin
    • 1 can (12oz) evaporated milk
    • 3 eggs
    • 1 cup sugar
    • 4 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
    • 1 yellow cake mix
    • 3/4 cup butter (melted)
    • 1 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
    • Vanilla ice cream or whipped topping


    Instructions


    1. In mixing bowl combine first 5 ingredients.
    2. Transfer to a greased 19x9x2 baking pan
    3. Sprinkle with dry cake mix
    4. Drizzle with butter
    5. top with walnuts
    6. Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
    7. Serve with ice cream or whipped topping
