    RAINBOW ROCKY ROAD BROWNIES

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 package Rich & Moist Pillsbury Fudge Brownie Mix
    • 1/4 cup water
    • 1/2 cup oil
    • 2 eggs
    • TOPPING
    • 2 cups miniature marshmallows
    • 2/3 cups M&M's chocolate mini baking chips
    • 1 cup salted peanuts
    • 1/2 cup caramel topping


    Instructions


    1. Heat oven to 350F.
    2. Grease bottom of 8x8 inch pan
    3. In large bowl, combne brownie mix , water, oil and eggs. Beat 50 strokes and spoon into pan.
    4. Bake for 31 - 35 minutes. Remove pan from oven.
    5. Immediately sprinkle with marshmallows, baking bits and peanuts, Drizzle with caramel topping.
    6. Bake additional 5 to 7 minutes or until marshmallows begin to puff.
    7. Cool completely.
    8. For ease in cutting use non-serrated knife dipped in water.
    9. Serves 16
