    THIS IS A NO BAKE


    List of Ingredients


    • 2 pkg. (6oz each) fresh raspberries, divided (about 2 1/2 cups )
    • 12 squares graham crackers crushed
    • 2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
    • 2 pkg (8oz) cream cheese, softened
    • 1 7oz jar marshmallow creme
    • 1 tablespoon lemon juice


    Instructions


    1. RESERVE - 20 rasberries for garnish.
    2. Mix crumbs and butter together, press firmly into bottom of 9-inch baking pan. Refrigerate crust whil making filling.
    3. BEAT - cream cheese, marshmallow creme, and lemon juice with electric mixer on medium until light and fluffy. Stir in raspberries, spoon into crust. Refrigerate 4 hours. Cut into 20 bars to serve.
    4. TOP EACH WITH A RASPBERRY.
